The KTP® Knowledge Transfer Professional Certificate Program can be delivered in three formats:
1.- KTP® Essentials (100% Online): access to the digital campus for 6 months, available 24/7.
2.- KTP® Pro Accelerator (Hybrid + Online): 10 weeks of duration through live masterclasses and access to the digital campus for 6 months, 24/7.
3.- KTP® Strategic Immersion (Bootcamp + Hybrid + Online): immersive 4-day in-person bootcamp, 10 weeks of follow-up with live masterclasses and access to the digital campus for 6 months, 24/7.

The program guides participants step by step to understand, diagnose, design, and transfer knowledge effectively — regardless of their background or function.
Participants have 24/7 asynchronous access to our Digital Campus, where they can find the lessons and resources needed to address each topic in the program.
Synchronous components are also included, where we guide participants through:
1.- How to use our Digital Campus platform.
2.- How to navigate information and discern what is most relevant to their goals.
3.- The establishment of a study plan.
4.- The development of masterclasses to deepen understanding and address specific questions.
5.- Individual coaching sessions to validate progress in the initiative required to complete the program.

Each masterclass follows a defined work plan.
From the beginning of the educational program, participants receive a schedule with the suggested reading progress to arrive prepared for each session.
In every masterclass, key points from the previously studied lessons are highlighted, specific questions are addressed, and progress in the initiatives that participants are implementing within their organizations is deepened.
This format allows each session to become a space for practical application and collective validation.

Each participant applies what they have learned in the educational program (the UDDT® Model) to an initiative assigned by their organization from the start of the program.
The coaching sessions are designed to assess progress, provide guidance, and ensure that the application of the model generates the expected results and a tangible return on investment for the organization.
Note: coaching sessions apply only to the hybrid (Pro Accelerator) and in-person (Strategic Immersion) formats.
Each participant must apply what they have learned in an initiative assigned by their organization, using the UDDT® Model.
The requirements include:
– Meeting a minimum percentage of readings and activities on the Digital Campus.
– Attending the corresponding masterclasses (depending on the format).
– Presenting sufficient evidence that demonstrates the proper application of the model in their knowledge transfer initiative.
Note: requirements may vary depending on the contracted format (Essentials, Pro Accelerator, or Strategic Immersion).
Upon completing the program and meeting the established requirements, participants receive an internationally valid diploma issued with blockchain technology to ensure its authenticity and global recognition.
This certificate confirms mastery of the UDDT® Model and the ability to apply effective knowledge transfer strategies within their organization.
