Level 1: WLP - Women's Leadership Program®

WLP® It is a program that promotes female leadership in an effective, comprehensive way and that contributes directly to the objectives of the company.

Developing and strengthening in women, the skills and competencies necessary to occupy leadership positions.

Recommended audience: Women leaders and/or future leaders.

Level 2: WMP - Women's Leadership Master Program®

WMP® It is a program that accompanies the leaders who have successfully completed and graduated from the WLP WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP PROGRAM®.

The focus of this program focuses on accompanying them to consolidate their leadership mentality and act as a public figure, representing the brand as ambassador.

Recommended audience: Women who have completed Level 1 WLP ®️ by Great Plan.

This program helped me in a certain way to better socialize with more experienced women and start seeing them as allies and mentors.
